Discounts
All packages and quotes are susceptible to discounts and promotional offers during particular periods of time. Check out our Facebook page for the latest offers and deals.
Payment
FlashX accepts cash or EFT. The invoice is initially sent prior to the event by email, and additionally provided on paper at the start of the event by the photographer. The full amount specified by the invoice must be paid up-front or within 24 hours of the shoot time, or edited content will be withheld.
Cancellation Process
Cancelling a booking within 24 hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee of $49. This amount must be fulfilled as a cash payment or through EFT.
